There are several ways to get your donation to us. First, if you live in the DFW area of Texas, you can bring it to our office located at the following address. We do accept walk-ins, but it also helps to fill out this form before you come in. If you have a large donation (20+ systems) in the DFW area, we may be able to offer pickup service. Please check the appropriate box below and we will contact you about the options we have available.
If you live outside the DFW area, you are welcome to fill out the form and we will contact you with the best option that you have to get the equipment to us. We also parter with Donor Connection, another non-profit that accepts equipment donations that we may not be able to use, and we get a portion of the value of the system. More information can be found here. Be sure to choose our organization from the list. Our donation guide also has some other donation options for equipment that we cannot take.
